				<p class="MsoNormal" style=";text-autospace:none"><span style=";;;">Focusing on overseas holidaymakers to the UK in Q3 2011, Visit Britain has forecasteda rise in the number of tourists entering the country in its January 2012 Inbound Tourism Trends Quarterly Report. This upwardtrend in tourist numbers has led to more demand for hotel rooms and in turn created a new demand for <span>hotel property investment with private investors looking to buy a hotel room.</span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style=";text-autospace:none"><span style=";;;">Predicting tourist numbers to reach 30.7 million in 2012, the UK&#8217;s leading tourism body has anticipated numbers in excess of2011 stats, but noted that due to this summer&#8217;s events, numbers will be more difficult to predict.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style=";text-autospace:none"><span style=";;;">&#8217;2012 is an extremely difficult year to predict due to Britain hosting both the Queen&#8217;s Diamond Jubilee celebrations and the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games,&#8217; the report stated. </span></p>
